Felicita M. Serrano was my Beloved Mother who passed away much too early. It is hard to believe that 22 years have passed since the day that she went to her undisputable reward.
This web site has been dedicated to her legacy and her memory. Felicita M. Serrano was a long serving Bible Teacher for the Latin American Bible Institute in New York, N.Y.
She was a Mother of nine children and Grandmother to countless grandkids. She served as the first and original Secretary to the Gala Foundation , a family Fraternal Organization. Felicita was a woman of deep personal courage and conviction. She was a magestic woman of deep faith in God and her story will be able to inspire a new generation.
