There is no doubt that Felicita M. Serrano will be remembered by all who loved her as a Woman of God. She dedicated herself to the service of the Lord with great relish and perseverance. Her greatest legacy was her Bible teaching. she was able to plant the seeds of the scriptures to countless people who are now ministers, evangelists and Council Presidents.
